Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding shipments
Provide timely updates to customers on shipment status, delays or any required documentation
Address and resolve customer issues or escalate as necessary
Prepare invoices for approval to be sent to clients
Liaise with carriers, port authorities, customs brokers and other stakeholders
Monitor shipment schedules, tracking and documentation
Prepare and verify import/export documentation
Maintain detailed records of shipments, transactions and customer interactions
Utilise the Asycuda system to process shipments

Essential:
Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Desirable:
Experience in shipping/logistics/customer service
Experience using the Asycuda system
Knowledge of customs and shipping laws in Trinidad and Tobago
Familiarity with logistics and freight forwarding processes
