What You'll Do
Lead your team
Build and motivate a high-performing retail team
Conduct performance reviews and development planning
Create staff schedules that optimise customer service
Chair regular staff meetings and maintain open communication
Provide ongoing training in chocolate knowledge and customer service
Drive store performance
Meet sales targets and manage store profitability
Maintain premium visual merchandising standards
Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
Manage inventory of premium chocolate products
Oversee daily operations and cash handling
Generate and analyse performance reports
Customer experience
Create an exceptional luxury retail experience
Handle and resolve customer feedback effectively
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels
Ensure store presentation meets our premium brand standards
Build relationships with regular customers
Oversee chocolate tasting events and special promotions
What You'll Need
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail supervisory experience
Experience in luxury retail or specialty food retail is an asset
Proven track record in meeting sales targets
Experience in team leadership and development
Education
Certificate in business management or related field
Additional retail management certifications are an asset
Food safety certification is a plus
Skills
Strong leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong financial acumen
Visual merchandising expertise
